All 3.5 bathrooms feature modern fixtures, new toilets, single-sink vanities, and tile floors. The other two full-bathrooms offer bathtub and shower combinations with tiled shower walls. This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
